Eligibility requirements
This seminar is for all college students interested in a career in medicine. However, this event is most beneficial for freshmen, sophomores and others who are just beginning to explore a career in medicine. This opportunity is open to all, but it is tailored for those underrepresented in medicine or may otherwise lack access to enrichment programs that prepare them for medical school.
Program description
Your Journey Towards Medicine is a one-day seminar for students interested in pursuing medicine. It will cover session topics including early preparation, cost and expectations of the medical school applicant. This seminar is a unique and invaluable opportunity that presents the students with a clear guide to better prepare themselves while in college.
This program will be in person and commitment to full attendance is required to participate.
