VCU Dental Scholars

This program will be Hybrid - A majority of the sessions will be held via Zoom.  Students are required to utilize their cameras at all times during Zoom sessions.  If covid numbers are low enough in Spring 2022, students may have the opportunity to visit the School of Dentistry in-person during the last two sessions in April.  More information will be provided to program participants if conditions permit an in-person lab experience as the dates get closer.  Program will be VIRTUAL in 2022.

Eligibility requirements

Greater Richmond area students in grades 9, 10, 11 and 12 who are interested in exploring a career in dentistry. Students must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

GPA Requirement: 3.0 or above.
